Turbo build
I am in the midst of putting a turbo on my now LS swapped 63 C10... with that said I can find anything recommending intercooler size. That’s where I’m at right now and I’m struggling. I had a generic one leftover and it doesn’t seem like it’ll fit. Obviously I’m not the first first to do this , so hopefully someone can help

Check out the LS section lots of info over there on turbo builds. I added a turbo to my 65 here is the link. My intercooler is 24x12x3" . I had to cut my rad support up to fit it in. Go as big as possible on inlet/outl;et piping and intercooler. I retained my battery in factory position but was alot of fab work making my hot side manifold and fitting everything else

Thanks , yeah I’ve ran into a bunch of obstacles. I’ve pieced most of it together , I ended up having to cut out my passenger fender and put a vented patch in to accommodate the WG and venting back into the exhaust housing. With all my hot side squared away I’m running into the cold side problems... I knew I either had to rebuild the radiator support or sink it into it , your idea is one I didn’t think about!

I was able to fit a 31x12x3 behind the grill, without molesting the grill.
