Grill and Headlight Question
I have to get a new grill as mine has cracked, who had the best quality ones out there? Also were the black headlight bezels factory? I don't particular like them but like to keep with original style parts. Thanks for your feedback

Re: Grill and Headlight Question
The finish of the headlight bezels was dependent on the trim level of the truck.
I noticed the Stainless Steel trim on the windshield which is an upper trim level. I's likely the chrome bezels are factory correct for you truck. |

Re: Grill and Headlight Question
If I recall correctly the black around the headlights on the grill surround was 71 only. 72 did not have it. Do not think replacements are or were available with paint, even NOS GM. You will have to paint yourself. Got my insert from Summit. Fits well. Free ship in two days. My outer Is NOS. For decent quality you cannot go wrong with forum vendors.

Re: Grill and Headlight Question
On my '71 it's very faded black. Your grill doesn't look bad. If you just have cracks and no missing pieces you can spots the cracks. Did that on a horizontal spot by the hood release and a mount tab. Unless you really look close and know where to look can't tell.
