Where to sliding rear window seal?

I picked this slider up at a swapmeet for cheap. The only issue it has is the small seal by the two sliders is hard and bent. Any idea what to use to replace it? I would like to make it leak as little as possible once it’s installed. Thanks

Re: Where to sliding rear window seal?

Hot water might bring its flexibility back enough to get in re-installed.

Other than that, maybe hit up a window repair shop for RV, commercial, residential, etc.
