seat belt install
I've got a set of Juliano's 3 point belts installed in my '49 3 window. the reels are mounted behind the crossmember that goes in front of the gas tank
(removed tank). should the reel be mounted in front of that crossmember next to the seat or is it good where it is? There were no instructions with the kit.

Re: seat belt install
26 through 34 are pretty explicit on exactly how they want you to mount it. That is one of the easiest to follow set of instructions I have ever seen.
