I think I know the answer to my question but wanted to be sure I was right.
I want to wire in a remote windshield washer and tank. What I am thinking is that the yellow wire #963 is the power (+12V) side and the Blue wire #965 is the ground.

To wire in the remote washer I would tap into both wires to power the washer motor. Am I correct or am I missing something?

I've been trying to figure this out for a couple of hours and I am starting to go in circles.

That is correct. The motor has the +12v supplied via the fuse box (yellow), and the grounds to activate high/low/washer (lt. blue, black, blue) are supplied through the OEM switch in the diagram. If you're using an aftermarket switch, make sure provisions for the washer are built in as some do not support this function.

I just did this same thing. Mounted my squirter nozzles on my hood though.

Power is straight to pump. The knob in the dash makes ground. Power can come from anywhere. Just ground it back to the dash knob. Read this post and it will show you what you need to do on the 2 page.

Thanks for the confirmation guys. This a case of me over analyzing things again.

This is a case of a color blind guy trying to wire in an after market harness and trying to match it up with factory colors that are faded. Just not use to having the ground active the circuit rather than the power side.

Well I got it all wired up yesterday. Today I want to test the functional circuit and make sure it works. I'm planning on running power to the wiper motor tab in fuse box. I'll run the ground from the battery to the wiper switch. Wish me luck!!

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
