Can anyone tell me what fitting would go on this line?

Is it for a 74?...most likely not metric...maybe...
Are you referring to the line fitting size I'm guessing the line size will be 3/16...which most probably will have a 3/8-24 thread size fitting on it.. be aware, you can also get different thread size fittings for 3/16 Or are you referring to the od threads?

Should be 3/8-24 inverted flare brake line fittings
The ends will look like this

From the factory, a stamped nut was used but you can use a 5/8"-18 nut

5/8-18 jam nut to hold the hose to the frame and regular 3/16 brake line + fittings for the hard line
