Body mounts

I got some rubber body mounts from the Orange Truck Shop because my cab and bed were a little off, the gap at top of the cab was closer than gap at the bottom. I thought these would fix it but it didn't and now my doors are sagging and are difficult to close, the passenger door is alot worse than the diver door. Do I just try and adjust the doors? If so how would I go about that? Also should I just shim the bed mounts to get everything lined up? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
