it was my grandfathers truck and my dad just gave it to me about a month ago. its fairly solid theres rust in most of the problem spots but nothing that cant be fixed. and yes that is a breather tube running out of the valve cover.

Sandia's in the background? Sure miss NM. Lets see, when your GMC was new I was a senior at Sandia High. Wonder if I saw it around town back then?

With a little work its gonna be a real nice truck.
