I think I bought Gorilla shank lug nuts from summit for my Western Hurricanes. They have plenty of sizes/details to choose from.

I'd probably test fit a wheel to see the stickout of the stud past the wheel face and get a nut with a shoulder that fits in the wheel and a shoulder that gives enough thread depth.
I bought a car that had maybe a 1/4" of thread on unilugs--yikes. Got rid of them quick. |
