Looks like European plates, but strangely enough, they're flying an American flag And what language is that on the truck above?

I'm thinking it was taken at an American truck owners event in UK

BE is one of the pre 2013 prefixes for plates issued in the Birmingham district of England.

If it is a plate that was issued before 2001 it could have been issued in Lincoln

Their older plates are like our older plates were here and some states still might be in that you could look at the prefix or suffix on the plate and tell what county the vehicle was registered in.

My ongoing truck projects:
48 Chev 3100 that will run a 292 Six.
71 GMC 2500 that is getting a Cad 500 transplant.
77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.
