Air Pressure with new tires

I have a 67 C10 step side with new 20s all the way around. Is there a range to start with for optimum air pressure. This is what I am running now

255/35R20 on 9.5 rims 40PSI FT Tire max is 1660 lb @49PSI
275/40R20 0n 9.5 rims 35PSI RR Tire max is 2049 lb @49PSI

I had the truck weighed once back when it had a lift kit and it was 5000 lbs
Im thinking 3000 lbs in ft with the SBC, the rest is in the rear. What do you all run for PSI?
