Hood hinges?
Morning all,
I picked up a '78 K5 a few weeks ago, and I'm working the kinks out of it. One thing that does bother me, and I'm REALLY itching to fix is the hood hinges. The pass side hinge is a bit stiff, and I'm scared to death I'm going to end up bending the hood one of these days. I was thinking of looking for a hydraulic kit to replace the spring-loaded hinges, but I'm not seeing anything readily available. Open to suggestions or recommendations.

Re: Hood hinges?
Oil oil oil them at every single point they move, it’s amazing the difference it will make ...the rivets which are pivot points also get dry.
