You can use the Vette wires and lower shielding to keep the wires in place. They bolt to the small 1/4" holes drilled and tapped into the top of the block.
The parts are not overly expensive. Any vendor that sells Corvette parts will likely stock them.

Re: Spark plug wire looms with vette rams horn manifolds

I had to use a combination of a few of each, the separator standoffs that attach to a valve cover bolt & the individual seperators. Also those little bitty zip ties are your friend to help hold wires back by loosely holding them toward dip stick tube or such. (I'll have to get pic this afternoon, if you want)
If you don't already have plug wires, get the ones you put the ends on yourself. Having that perfect length will make a big difference on how you can route & make them lay.

Thought about this pic in old thread from my Blazer - purple wires were the make your own length & I had zero issues w wires run like this for years only used the simple seperators.
The zoomed in pic (all I could find on my phone for now) is how I routed them on my current truck build - but they were pre-made length & about all I could do with them & where I had to use the stand offs.

Purchased from Jegs a while back on sale for $127.00 shipped , No clearance issues even with clutch linkage , No store bought exhaust systems available that use straight drop manifolds , You have to have custom exhaust made .

Re: Spark plug wire looms with vette rams horn manifolds

I used the Made For You valve cover vertical looms and bolted them to the rear of the block where the factory loom attaches with the 4 wire loom, then used some washers the thickness of the oil pan lip and mounted the 3 wire and 2 wire looms in place of a couple of the oil pan bolts. This is a great setup that was not too expensive.
