New cup holder.

Just got this in the mail today. Made by LS Fabrication. Mounts to the factory heat and a/c control's mounting screws under the dash. No more drinks between my legs.

Re: New cup holder.

It looks like Classic Industries has these in 3 variations for all years. Apparently, they are so new that they don't have pictures of most of them.

Re: New cup holder.

Did you get the turkey model? Will a 20 oz bottle fit in the driver side cup?

Re: New cup holder.

Yes it's the "turkey" model. The cup on the left holds a water bottle perfectly, the cup on the left will hold a 20 oz bottle. I run bluetooth speakers off my cell phone so the right side cup holder is perfect to hold my phone. When I ordered it they said they were coming out with some new designs with more options for cup sizes but like everything else right now they have a delay getting the cups. I couldn't be happier with it.

WHYBYNU how far does it come out from dash at widest point? I have about 6" before shifter would hit.
Thanks

Re: New cup holder.

That first picture made it look super gigantic for some reason. I was thinking drive in movie with soda on the left and popcorn on the right. Other pictures though make it look like a great addition.

It looks like it could be flipped to have it either way.

Here's what Classic Industries says for all versions for 67-72s.

"Cup holders stick out from the dash 7.5" and 2" down from the bottom of the dash. If you have a 4×4, aftermarket shifter or transfer case shifter please verify that they will work for your application prior to purchasing."

Re: New cup holder.

I think it would look even better if the main bracket was color matched to your dash.

Morning as per my question , I got one delivered and installed and the distance from the dash out is 6 5/8". I installed a T5 a few years back and bent a shifter to fit seat and it does not hit cup holder.
It is a quality piece
