New Family Ride
I left the semiconductor industry after 20 years and have been building vehicles for customers for the last year or so (I'll be posting another one soon that is an incredible build I have been a part of).
I picked this up today on a trade deal for partial payment on an LS3/6L80E swap I am doing in a 67 convertible Firebird. I think it will clean up pretty well. The original seat coverings were hidden under a brown pleather for the two rear rows but the front split does not have it. I think using a steam cleaning they might come around. I'd love to find a replacement for the front, just not sure if I will be able to, so any input here would be great. I will likely be pulling out the SBC and building on of the 6.0 blocks I have and knowing me, it might end up with a single turbo. It will also get a 4L80E. As far as paint, I am thinking a powder blue lower with white top and keeping the roof rack.

Re: New Family Ride
That roof rack is a nice touch. Looks like all the trim around the side windows is still there too. I would have done that trade too!

Re: New Family Ride
That's awesome! If you change mind on rack, I'll buy it off ya for my '65! Good luck with build.
