rubber tailgate bumpers??

I have new bedsides and am installing the rubber bumpers, I see where the round one goes but where does the square ones go?

They screw onto the bed about half way up, and will be inbetween the "straps" that keep the gate from opening to far, and the bedside when the gate is closed. Hope that helps.

so they mount towards the tail lite. between the staps and the bedside?

They go towards the tailgate, there should be 2 holes for them to screw into.

they seem to be almost in line with the top of the red taillight lens...

6 and 7/16 inches from the bed floor to the bottom of the bumper.
