rear window mods
has any one done or thought about modifin the rear windows to go up and down with a power switch in our trucks, if some one has done it how does it look after its been finished, and if u can post some pix of the finished product.

ve been thinkin about it, ill probely door it this spring when it gets warmer out, i been thinkin about gettin a gate from a blazr that has a power window in it and going from there, like u said i havent seen any pix either and would like to see how it would look, i figured d ask on here to see if any ones done it becuzse alot of ppl have done ome crazy things to these trucks, im gonna start lookin for a gate this weekend

I've been thinking about doing the same thing to my truck someday when I have it all torn apart, but that'll be 5 or so years down the road. If you ever get it done, post a how-to up here, I'd love to check it out.

There was a kit for this mod on newer truck's but I have not seen a kit or a truck with the roll down rear window of our year's..

ill be tryin to do it when the warm weather hits us again around here, but till then ill have to just keep an eye out for what pasts i think mite work, and i will defenently post a how to,because that will be a smooth lookin detail to our trucks

I used to see a 67 stepside running around town with a power rear slider. i never got a chance to get a close look at it. if i do i will ask some questions and take some pics.

the more i think about it , i dont really think it will be that hard to do, ill just have to figure out which gate to use to do it
