Hard Brake Lines 3/4 Ton Drum/Drum
I’ve reasearched and haven’t found a definitive answer: can/should I run 3/16 brake lines on a 3/4 ton to drum/drum setup? Obviously stock lines are 1/4 and my intuition is that 1/4 is preferred to flow more fluid volume to fill the wheel cylinders.
Is the output port size on the prop valve/distribution block a limiting factor?

I'd go with what the factory engineered and installed
