LT1 steam line?

Does anyone know where I can get one for my LT1. What it is a T that goes inline with the top radiator hose. At the T connection it actually is a fuel size line that goes to another line with fittings on the back of the engine to provide addtional cooling for the aluminum heads. I went to the Chevrolet dealership and they looked at me like I owed them money. Thanks in advance Wootdog
