If you think your 400 or 454 is too small then, look here.
Do you have a C/10 through C/60? Is there a big block under the hood? Do you think it's too small. Then, in the near future go on down to your local Chevy dealer and pick up this that was just introduced. Is 1,004 horsepower with 876 ft. lbs on pump gas enough for ya?

And how many Kings do you have to kidnap and hold for Ransom, to come up with the money for that?

They haven't released an actual price yet but, I've heard many people say that it's going to be anywhere between 18-30k.

"Waiting to see one put in a Tesla"
Now that's funny. However, the Tesla Plaid would still be faster. As it has the same 1000hp but has it's maximum torque at zero rpm. Difficult to beat the Tesla because of the maximum torque speed/rpm differences. Bone stock the Tesla does a 9.5 second quarter mile @ 150mph. It would go faster but it is tire limited, not HP limited. And the motors are over 96% efficient. The aforementioned BBC is likely under 20% efficient. It's coming. Adapt or get out of the way. The efficiencies can't be argued with. |
