Differential width ??
Hey guys, I'm building a 72 C10 and am going to use a ford 9" for the diff. I'm trying to find out what width of housing you guys have used and why before I order. Can be housing width or axle to axle flange width, either would be appreciated.
Thanks, Bud |

Re: Differential width ??
Welcome aboard.
Factory 71 & 72 rear axles are generally listed at 63 1/2" and the 60 to 70 axles are 62 inches from flange face to flange face. I say generally as my old 71 axle was only 63 3/8".
