Clutch bell crank (Z Bar) differences in these trucks
A friend of mine is looking for a Z bar for a 72 GMC K2500. I don't have any extras and his has been hacked/modified severely. We're trying to find him one locally. Does anyone know how many variants there are on these trucks? I have a 72 K20 4 speed and the Z bar looks to be the same as one I have from a big block 4 speed Longhorn. I think the small block 2wd trucks are straight at the pedal linkage part. I don't have any of those here to compare it to. Does anyone know which ones are the same? Thank you.

Ryan, no surprise but my 350 powered K20 was the same as the once you posted. I went hydraulic though and don’t think I’ll ever look back. If you need a used one I think I’ve still got the setup from my truck laying around somewhere.
