Need pic of 72 pulley setup please!!
I have been playin musical motors this weekend and the short story is I need a good pic or two of the pulley setup on a stock 350. Mainly I am not sure if I have the right size crank and water pump pulleys and cannot get the alt to line up with a set of pulleys. It has the long shaft water pump on it right now and this may be the problem but I am not sure. Thanks,
Norris

Thanks Bro. I was hoping to get away with the long pump but it looks like I need to swap it over. Kind of just a stupid maneuver on my part as I am getting the accessories off a 67 307 and I am realizing that I just need to get on with swapping everything over from the 67. I thought I might be better off with the newer setup but I guess it just isn't going to happen. I still have the rams horn manifold with the boss for the Alt and I don't think I can mount the alt to the head because the manifold is in the way. I thought the alt might get a little less heat if I could mount it to the head. I have a pretty good set of manifolds from a 72 but they are angled back and won't work because of my clutch linkage. It's always something.
