Roll Pan Installation

Can someone demonstrate the installation of a rear roll pan for a fleetside?
Before or after new paint.

Scoti did a great write-up on a latter model that may give you some indication of the process in this thread starting at post #20 - http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=285522

Looks like that link is about installing a trailer hitch, not a roll pan.
This is what I am after.

Can’t demonstrate, this was put in by previous owner, not welded in, just bolted in. I like the stainless better than the painted ones personally…

Thamks for the pic.

I like the look of the bolted roll pan, it looks more original than the welded and filled one.

Also, the bolted roll pan can be removed and replaced, with the bumper if I decided to go back to using the original rear bumper.

Welded sheet metal to the inside of the roll pan that allowed me to bolt it to the bed sides. Installed self tapping sheet metal screws for the bed (holes were already predrilled in the roll pan).
