That's a tilt column specific shoulder screw for mounting the t/s switch, if needing the 7/8" one as shown in your picture we can supply a nice clean OE screw for $10. ea. + the ride, we also have the standard 1-1/8" non-tilt switch mounting shoulder screws for $4. ea. + the ride. Let us know, Mel
