67-70 Tank Filler Neck Measurement Request

Would someone be willing to take a measurement for me, please? I'm looking for the stock distance from the end of the filler neck to the grommet on a 67-70 truck. Thanks in advance.

The photo below is of a dummy filler neck I'm working on, and it currently sticks out less than stock.

I would need to shift my filler neck out about 3/8" to match your measurements.

Definitely like the look of the "shifted out" version best. The other looked odd to me since I'm used to the stock look of the filler neck showing a little. Cool idea.

I like the shifted out look better, too. Easier said than done though, unfortunately.

Any way to add a thin thin washer thats spot welded to neck that would still fit in gromment along with the cab corner sheet metal? Not sure how wide grommet groove is though. This would hold it out and still be able to use your clamp system.

I might be able to do that. I'll look into it.
