Wheel identification help

Does anyone know what these wheels are off of? I've never seen wheels without nubs. Also do you think they would look good on a 2wd drive truck. Powder coated or painted of course.

Trailer or farm implement is my first guess. But if they fit your truck they'd look pretty cool.

They kind of remind me of the 22 inch transport wheels

The look to be chrome baby moons without their hubcaps to me.
