Is it possible to have both? That is, utilizing a straight swaybar bolt-on kit.

I would think there will be way too much flex if you're playing with the bags out back.

It would work as long as you don't want to do any side-to-side movement. I'm pretty sure you could redo the links on a swaybar so that it wouldn't bind as it moved up and down (since there are different styles), but good luck going side-to-side, unless you disconnect it.

If you wanted to play with it, you could figure out a way to implement some sway bar disconnects like the offroad guys use. I am just thinking aloud for you.
