Starter brace
Anybody running a starter brace anymore? My truck never had one and most get tossed on starter replacement, but I want to install one. Looking for a picture if someone has one installed, my truck is a 70 350 4spd, a quick search on a Corvette site shows this image for a 70-72. Is this correct?

Re: Starter brace
Yes, it is correct for an automatic. I can't confirm it's correct for a manual transmission.
This reproduction part fits fine. |

Re: Starter brace
Thanks for the reply. The corvette site used this picture for all the transmission styles. Just checked with summit and they have multiple type and pics. Looking for actual pics installed.

Re: Starter brace
That's good, on manual starters i believe they are clocked differently.
