I got a seat today out of an early 90's model chevy . just a bench with the headrest. I was wondering if anybody had one of these in their truck or any idea how hard it will be to install? Thanks ya'll

Piece of cake. Front two bolt holes of the 90's seat bolt into the stock holes. Mark and drill twol holes for the back mount. You'll also need to have about a 1" spacer. I used a 3/4" to 1/2" cast pipe fitting. pefect height. Couple grade 8 bolts, and some very large washers and your in. Silicon around the washers under the floor pan. It'll help keep mositure out.

Takes about an hour to swap out...Longer if you work like I do and have a 4 yr old helper.

Don't know about Bill, but....

ps - I had to dril 4 new holes for my Silverado seat (it's just a little bit narrower. Still a simple swap.)

Like Scott said. I love it. You set a little higher, but I like the position better than stock. Those seats from the 88 and up trucks provide so much more support and comfort.

thanks for the info im kinda a big fellow and didnt like it and she didnt either.like the seat but not the height.going to mount it back from the front holes off the little hump that way it sits alittle lower and you want be able slide it foward much but i like it all the way back.also those tall brackets that bolt to floor a buddy of mine is going to cut that in half and take about 2in off and weldit back together that will bring it down to a more comfortable level for us.other than to high we like it.a tilt wheel might have helped but running a camaro wheel non-tilt and my legs hit it
