WTB 4x4 Factory steering stabilizer shock bracket

Ordered a new steering stabilizer shock and tie rods for my 72K10 and then today when I went to install I finally (after 2.5 yrs) noticed that the bracket and associated hardware that attaches to the steering stabilizer bar, which I need to attach the stabilizer shock to is missing. Not sure why someone would take that all off and throw away.

The attached pics are what I need so I can finish this up - Bracket, Ubolts washers & nuts.

UPDATE: NO LONGER NEEDED, Dieselwrencher had one

Thanks

I went out back and looked the other day, and I don't have one. I have been keeping an eye out ever since you mentioned it.

Re: WTB Factory steering stabilizer shock bracket

I looked at using the Ruffstuff Flat Mount Steering Stabilizer Bracket, however, they only make it for 1.5" OD and the stabilizer bar on our trucks is 1.25" so I think the Ubolts & bracket would be a little sloppy.

Ron, I put a wanted on the 73-87 board. If one shows up it's yours.

Re: WTB Factory steering stabilizer shock bracket

Seems odd to have that precise measurement of "19.06", but then you have leeway of 1/8" - plus or minus.

Re: WTB Factory steering stabilizer shock bracket

I may still have the shock which I believe is the original one. I can measure fully extended and full collapsed. I’d say the mid point is good for install l. Let me know

Re: WTB Factory steering stabilizer shock bracket

I no longer need one as Dieselwrencher (Ryan) took good care of me.

You've got the love this place if you like these trucks.
