Lets try this again with PICS: 1969 CST/20 Quad-cab runs/drives needs love $2250!

Alright trying again to sell this, have been running in circles from the holiday season and I just won a 1958 Apache on ebay plus my baby (1972 C10) needs some parts and attention. I'm selliing this truck for my dad and he told me anything I can get over $2000 for it I can keep. I would like it out of the yard because it means more room for my toys

My dad has owned this truck since 1990 and always taken care of it like my family does with all the vehicles on our farm. It has always served faithfully for pulling anything from a 32' flatbed gooseneck to a 4-horse trailer. Oil changed every 3500 miles. I believe it has about 100k on the odometer but not exactly sure. It is a CST/20 (3/4 ton) but has 1-ton rear springs in the back because of how much we used it to tow a gooseneck. Averages about 8 MPG before last tune-up.

The cab on this is a custom built coach from a shop in Texas (my dad apparently forgot the name). This company literally took two truck cabs and put them together and also lengthened the frame for that modification. The front and rear doors are the same in this custom cab and so all four have smoking (triangle) windows. There is bad rust in the rockers and where the rockers meet the cab, and sheetmetal screwed to that spot to keep the cab from flapping and doing more damage. Doors are fairly good, fenders are also fairly good. Paint is crappy and there are a few pieces of bent trim and scrapes but no major damage. Floors are fairly solid, shouldn't need much attention. I don't think the wheel wells are rotted either. Bed is a longbed with wood floor. In the center of the bed is a 1/2" steel plate bolted through the frame for a fifth wheel (gooseneck) trailer. Truck includes an ugly blue topper and spare. Had dual tanks but only one installed. AM/FM Cassette radio included not installed. Factory tachometer dash IS NOT hacked up for a radio. Most glass is good, some bubbling.

Mechanically it has a 350CI Target Master engine with a 4-barrel and factory intake, true dual exhaust through manifolds, 4 speed manual (I beleive muncie) with a rockwell (divorced?) transfer case, both floor shift. Power to the fronts is transfered thru Warn lockout hubs and the rear has a No slip positraction carrier with 4.56 gears. Power steering. There is a dual electric heater underneath the front bench seat for heating this beast. Tires are 9.50X16.5, new radiator in 2001 and brand new points last week. We're selling this because my family acquired a really nice '89 crewcab 1-ton.

Truck is located in Delano, MN which is about 30 miles west of Minneapolis. Truck starts, runs, and drives just fine. It *COULD* be driven to california if you so desired. I can deliver to within about 600 miles for $.70/mile one way, or it can be picked up. If you wish to make a deposit in the full amount of the price of the truck I can keep it here for up to 6 months at a price of $20/month.

Would like to get $2250 for it but am willing to partial trade for a few items I need or would like:
- '72 C10 cab (air or not doesn't matter but not willing to pay more for an air cab cause I probably won't use the air anyways)
- Rockers for '72 C10
- Upper cab section (email me for pic of what I need)
- Super cab corners (baaaad rust in back)
- 5 speed OD manual transmission from firebird/camaro (must fit the bellhousing I have from a '92 V6 Camaro - for N* conversion) or 5 speed from newish Gm truck in case I keep the 350 in my current truck
- Clutch pedal assembly for '72 C10
- IRS from 'vette or ? to convert my truck
- front handling upgrades (performance shocks/springs/swaybars) for '72 C10
- Fenders for '58 Apache 3500

I can be emailed at botboy60 (at) hotmail.com, or called before 10PM at 952.955.1977 (leave a message if nobody is home, ask for kris if someone is home)

I'd love too but can't afford paying that much right now, but would be willing to do some trading with you.

Those are just some of the funkiest but cool looking trucks that I have never seen personally.

Sorry I can't buy but I thought that I would make a comment

I can deliver...lol...

I will be delivering a dodge truck to michigan so anyone between here and michigan can get a somewhat reduced rate if they can live with the schedule I'm running on (will be doing it within the next 2 months)
