Door Hinges...
Pin and bushing kit or complete hinges??? How well does the bushing kit work?? I would rather spend the money and do it right, but if the hinge kit works GOOD, then I'm all for saving a buck...

The hinge kit works fine. I would suggest taking the hinges off of the truck, and doing them in a vise. That being said, I would also do one at a time.

The hard part is re-staking the pins in.
I had to put a small weld bead on mine to hold them in. |

Yeah, it looked like getting the pins out was going to be a PIA, I
guess nothing a die grinder can't handle. Then I figured I'd drill a hole near the bottom of the hinge pin then put a cotter pin in, or a long roll pin.....OR.....LMC has new hinges for $24.95 ea......
