Re: Cab and Door measurements
I don't have the measurements, but do have a question for ya. Are the door hinges in good shape? I had a heck of a time slamming my doors closed before I put some new hinge pins and bushings in. That made closing the doors much easier than before. I mention it because you said the passenger door raises on the latch. Another possibility is that once you have good door hinges, you might need to replace the latch components as well

Re: Cab and Door measurements
i am going to replace the hinge pins and bushings, have you used the ones from Oreillys or do i need to order from another source,
doors still both seem to need to go back towards the back of cab, very wide and scraping the front slightly Thanks

Re: Cab and Door measurements
I used ones from the typical aftermarket resellers, but if the ones sold at Oreillys is the correct part, you should be fine. I had to pull the hinges completely off the truck and doors to replace the pins. I needed a big hammer and a cut off wheel
The doors can be adjusted in two directions. The hinge plate on the door side allow the door to move in and out with relation to the cab. The hinge plate on the cab side allows the door to move forward and backwards so you can center the door in the opening.

Re: Cab and Door measurements
Good Afternoon
Quick update, the Po welded the rockers in about 1/4 inch too high so adjusting my doors are not going to be close until the rockers are replaced, ive got new ones , waiting on the weather to stay warm Does anyone have a front and back door measurement from the top (drip rail, maybe ?)somewhere to where the rocker sits i know now if the rockers are off the cab corners are probably off also i can fix and adjust but having a reference measurement would at least give me something to start with Thanks for any Help
