CA WTB Custom Script Emblem

Looking for one of the ever-elusive 68-71 GMC “Custom” script emblems above the door handle WITH studs. Thanks.

If your talking about the "custom" door emblem in this picture they are reproduced at about $65.00 each , The GM part is GM #3929491 .

That is the one. I think I've checked the major vendors and haven't found them, where are you finding them repro'd?

This is a coincidence. Just last week I removed this style emblem from a 1972 GMC truck. I know there are two styles of these, but I always forget which is which. I think it has something to do with how the "T" is crossed. In any event, these did come from a 1972 GMC. The part number on the "custom" emblem is #3929491. The "camper" emblem is #3929492. I didn't even clean these up. Just put them in my display cabinet. Should these have been on the 1972 model?

Not to make this a historical thread about “custom” trim emblems, but there’s some info here that says Chevy used ‘em in 72. Im not too smart on 1972 GMCs, but I would guess they still used “Custom Camper” for RPO Z81, but not “custom” only, as the GMC fender emblem denotes trim level in 72 (and I think Z62 in 1972 is Super Custom, not Custom) so you’re probably good.

And yeah, 3929491 matches the emblems I have. I was not aware of two style differences.

Mine is a 3929491, but only 1stud intact sorry. Not in the condition that you need.

Forgot I had a used set, 150 plus shipping for this set, each on has a stud missing.

NOS set with barrel nuts 300 plus shipping. It's hard reading the part number, I can try and take a better one if you like, all 4 end in 1.

Thanks to you both for taking the time to look at what you have. Unfortunately, my work truck isn't quite worth NOS pieces. I'm sure someone else would be better served with them.
