Difference between custom comfort seat and basic seat
HI Guys
I just picked up an OEM bench seat from a 63 for my 65 and started reading posts on repairing a broken spring and ran across a comment that makes me think that our trucks came with two different seats, a custom comfort seat and a basic seat. Is this true and if so what where the differences. Thanks |

Re: Difference between custom comfort seat and basic seat
Yes, there are two different seats. The standard seat uses springs as most of the shape with a thin piece of foam on top. The custom comfort seat uses a much thicker piece of foam with flat springs to support it
