Question Hidden hitch with smoothie rear bumper

Good morning. I know there are several threads on here about hidden hitches. I went to order one from ECE last night (haven't bought parts from them in a little while) and was bummed to see they're no longer in business.

I have a Boyd rear tank and smoothie bumper https://www.classicindustries.com/pr...0&gclsrc=3p.ds. Because of this, I think I need a hitch that mounts to the outside of the frame rails (so I don't have to sandwich the tank flange for a bottom rail mount). but unsure what to do with the rear bumper as I'm afraid the hinged license plate may stick out too far. I have no problem with cutting the center out since it'll be covered anyway to clear the receiver portion.

Anyone have similar setups?

Thanks in advance.
