Those are for C40-60 heavy haulers.

Some was mounted on the front also.

I believe these are different than the C-40-C60 trucks. I think these are an option for the 10-30 trucks for the rear but i have never seen them listed on a spid.

Not for medium duty trucks, they have huge hooks. The hooks listed are much smaller and attach completely differently.

I had the instructions for mounting on the frame but i put them up for safe keeping and now i cannot find them, Go figure! Still looking.
Originally was going to add to my K20 but then decided to sell. If they don't sell i will probably go back to my original plan.

I have a set of these as well. I mounted them to my hitch receiver on my crew cab k20. Mine have the correct numbers and we’re in the original box as well. Seem to be hard to come by
