anyone else sell bedcaps ????

LMC sells a few items that i would call bed caps....one or two are metal, the other is rubber...it coes along the top of the bedside from front to rear covering up all kinds of problem areas....does anyone else sell these things?...i kind of liked the way the rubber ones look and think it might protect pretty good if you have something in the bed...just cant find anybody else that sell em

I think you are talking about rail caps.Any truck acessory store should have some. They come in a lot of styles and most are fairly generic. My neighbor has them on his furd(but he's young and dumb).
Aluminum step plate are pretty common.Stainless are too. Many of the trucks around here have spray in bedliner sprayed up over the bed rails to protect them. They mask the bed off to the shape they want.

LMC is the only place that sells these for 67-72 trucks. Our rails are very skinny at the top. The 73 and up started getting wider, thats why bedliners will work up to 1987 under the rails.

I tried every where a couple of years ago back then not even LMC carried them . I finaly lucked out here in Oregon good ole Les Schwab tire store . They fabricate them at there main store in Redmond Oregon . They sell the bed rail caps , front panel cap and the tail gate cap or the one piece tail gate cap it also covers the bed side of tail gate . Jose
