Lets play what is this thing

I found this under my seat and it does have some overspray on it which leads me to believe it was attached somewhere when the truck was painted last. Any guesses

Now that would make sense my steering column has been replaced and now my brake pedal is way higher than my clutch pedal see

bolts to the dash under steering column. Your brake and clutch pedal come back and rest onto those rubber bumpers

Can I have it? I don't think I have a pedal stop. My stop is the brake light switch. I guess I lost mine too.

I don't think so. There's no extra holes in that plate.

That goes into the brake and clutch pedal assembly itself should be a hole there for it.

The lack of a brake pedal stoper probably pushed that switch out of the hole.
Follow the pedal arm up, you'll see where it goes.

Does anyone have a pic of where the brake light switch is supposed to mount. I have a sneaky suspicion that when they replaced my column they took the part it mounts to out

It mounts here. I just rebuilt mine today. Sure is pretty now.
You know, that is a pretty scary wiring job under the dash there. I would get that cleaned up if I were you.

I have a pic of where it goes, but I can't get it to post. I have had this problem all day. I can email it to you if you need. I just rebuilt mine, so I have it out.
