Pretty positive those go between the rim and drum/rotor and poke through the rim. They are a unilug design and would bend unfavorably with conical seat lugs. However I'd possibly be interested if youd measure the diameter of that protrusion so I'd know if they'd fit through my rims

That picture is with a tire that is not on the truck, I'll measure the diameter.
