chrome windshield strip
We talked earlier, but bringing back up. I was told the plastic strip that now looks rusty after 5 years has a protective coating on it. I tried to pull it off and it did not go well. new one will be bought. The issue was, that coating is not a thin film. it is very thick. Did I not do it right?

Re: chrome windshield strip
I'm not sure all have the protective film. I have a new one from LMC to be installed soon and I checked it and it does not have a film.
