is there actually a HEATER control delete? where the heater controls are on the dash or is it a "fresh" air control only? I want to and have all the heater delete panels for under hood, and want no options in the dash FAWN color IF so

Yes, there was a heater delete plate in the dash for both 60-63 and 64-66 trucks
