vin# decoding question
Need help decoding this. I already went to Chip's page and the decoder here on the home page and neither makes sense to me. I even checked the 73-87 decoder and I am stumped.
Vin is CE134-B115890 Any ideas? It is a bare plate that was in with a box of parts I have sitting here and just got curious is all. It is not something that will be used. Thanks Richard
