K10-Kansas Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2022 Location: Kansas City Posts: 575	Frame VIN decode, possibly van? A mechanic said that he thought that the frame on my 71 GMC was from a 77 4x4 van. Here are the numbers on the passenger side of the frame below the cab. 379338 6 7 15 76 I've read through a dozen threads on this site and others and can't figure out anything from this format or numbers at all.
