adding a wiper delay

I have an 84 base Sierra, with no options, including a dome light etc. What I'm interested in doing is adding a wiper delay module. What would need to be done to add this to my truck that didn't come with it? I'm guessing I'd have to get wiring from a truck that has it? Thanks for any input and tips

I think you just need the delay module along with the corresponding wiper switch & stalk.

Shouldn't require any changes to the wiring. Just unplug the connector from the old switch and plug it into the socket on the delay module. And plug the delay module into the new switch (using the wires & plug that are part of the module).
