I have a nice set of buddy bucket seats that were reupholstered at some point in the past. I was planning on reupholstering them to change the color, but they are just too nice to tear apart. I'm looking for someone nearby who has a set of buddy bucket seats that need new foam and upholstery, but have good springs and aren't rusty that would be interested in trading, plus maybe $500? I want to keep my frame, tracks and buddy seat metal box, but don't need the buddy seat cushions.

I guess I'm not nearby enough. I have a pair that needs done and was wanting that color or red.

I visit Payson, AZ a couple of times a year. It's 5 hours from Albuquerque. Might be able to make that work. I probably won't be going there until this summer though.

I did. I see I forgot to follow up here. A member here traded with me. My wife's uncle, who was visiting us for vacation, helped us complete the interstate trade. I reupholstered them with a set of upholstery from Rick's Upholstery along with ACI foam.

Messaged Rick's this morning via F.B. Rick's called back within minutes and took my order.

Pretty easy, she walked me through options, time frames and costs. They send invoice out ahead of time to have you verify what you order having made the selections from their web-site. Pretty easy so far.

They quoted me a long lead time of several months. They did end up shipping a bit earlier than expected.
