As an FYI for you and possibly your end buyer, you may want to research your gas cap a bit more as parts can and do get mixed/re-boxed over the years, your recently added pics show a GM box with p/n 3927086 but the pictured cap mounting flange clearly shows a pressure vacuum stamping. Fuel filler cap 3927086 is a vented/non-eec deluxe-bright style cap for use without a vapor canister pressure vacuum system, these GM NOS fuel filler cap pictures show a p/n 3927086 (cap LH side of below pics) vented "Non EEC" cap and the later 72 pressure vacuum style non-vented "EEC" double ring caps in both deluxe stainless and standard prime-paint as required styles.
