Precision Branded Fuel Pump

I bought this pump for a 71 C/20,307, 2GV 2 Barrel, Non-"EEC equipped truck from local O’Rileys, Part # M16071. The flair fitting for hard line to carb is not correct . Went to Napa and bought part # B0186P. Correct size fitting. Probably should have brought the hardline with me to confirm but never thought to. The two pumps look identical except the Precision branded has a few vent holes that the Napa version does not. Hopefully this will prevent someone making the same mistake.

Re: Precision Branded Fuel Pump

What did you find not right about the flare fitting? Do you think it's metric or something?
