serpentine belt system
I've got this serpentine belt system on my truck. it's a 5 rib system and I thought it was from a late 70s truck. I recently discovered that is not correct while I was looking at AC compressors. The compressors for these years have a single groove belt. Can someone identify this system? here's a picture before I installed it.

Re: serpentine belt system
Those are OE GM 88-94 brackets from 4.3; 5.0; & 5.7l V8 cars/trucks/Burbs.
Those particular brackets are for a smog pump optioned vehicle.

Re: serpentine belt system
Thanks Scotti, I guess they are a little newer than I thought. I actually modified mine by removing most of the smog pump mount while retaining the strength. This all came about when I started looking at AC compressors.
